At Bop Canvases, we want you to be completely satisfied with your art; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repack your canvas in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during the transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned artwork, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
